The Dread Pirate Roberts and the Silk Road Scam

The Dread Pirate Roberts was forced to shut Silk Road down for two days after a hacking attack. Many wondered if he had left with all of their money, but that wasn't the end of it. Other scams continued to take place as well - including one where someone changed some images on seller's accounts and added a Quick Buy button. These scams brought endless complaints, but by the end of December 2012, Ross was able to get things back to normal and focus on expanding.
