Diversity and Inclusion at GA

At GA, we are very active around this topic. It needs to first of all come from leadership as well. We have an idea council that's focused on diversity and inclusion at it. I don't mean it just for purely gender perspective, but across various elements of diversity. And we're doing a big push into also the retention and the nurture of the diversity within the firm.
