Homeschool your kids in a good Catholic community with other beautiful, crazy, wild families and do not allow your children to have smartphones. Do not allow them at all on social media. And then I think that will help a great deal with this, a CD of stuff because we get so exhausted by entertainment. We're called to something, but it's to arduous or something.
