Are You Surprised by the Russo-Russian Military?

I think latimer puttin is wondering what happened as well. I think there was a serious underestimation on his part of what the russian military could do. And, ah, they don't have good leadership, as we've seen. They have very poor morale, poor communications. Even are using open cell towers, not in cryptit communication, to discuss their battle plans back and forth. So is really kind of remarkable on a number of different scales.
