So my question was, when doing like a zoom interview or a remote interview with somebody, how do you gage whether a person is going to be a cultur fit your business? Sure. Well, let me start by saying it's really not zoom related. I don't think that you can determine if someone is a good culture fit in person any better than you can if you're talking to them a via zoom, telephone or any other form at this is really about the type of questions that you ask. This isreally about the answers that you're looking to hear.
