I think that the getting out of the way is a really important part asking like how much overhead you really like is necessary in order to do jobs like that. A lot of again a lot of it is going from being flow driven to interrupt driven so that you can help unblock them. Another part is there shouldn't be real ambiguity to where their career path lies that can be distracting, right? Like if you're an engineer, and you're not really seeing your career progress and you don't know where this is all heading,. That can keep you from being able to do good work like you.
