Is It Important to Share?

i think what i have seen work really well is small things like brown bags, right? When we come together and somebody just explains what they have learnt this week. Or if you go back to coat reviews, write that dou am that every friday, for example, it's happening a gidhav every Friday. They are sharing. In sometimes they're sharing, what did i learn in this cold review that was really excellent,. Either it's a comment that, o no person really took the the time and gave me great comment, or i showing some cose that i have seen that i haven't seen before.
