I've run into the same thing where when you do a fixed price project, you have to make so many assumptions and it's one of those things there's so many unknown unknowns. I mean, just thinking about something as simple as competitive analysis like I can say the competitive analysis is going to take 40 hours. And then I could at three hours into the competitive analysis realize that the land, the competitive landscape is way more complicated than what I thought it needed three hours to figure out.
