People are as important, if not more important, than just being able to do the work. If you don't align on values, ik their values as well as the company's values, then you're going to have friction and tension. And this is why i think diversity is not just the right thing to dolike a hiring standpoint, investing in diversity,. But just fundamentally good business to have people with diverse backgrounds. It really shows when you have this wider range from a perspective standpoint, from a problem solving standpoint, from finding a solution standpoint.
