Self Discipline Is the Key to Reducing Worry
Self discipline is about control, but also letting everything go. Letting things happen the way they are meant to happen is the key to reducing worry. When you're strong and healthy and energetic, you naturally will feel better emotionally. Feed your mind good, positive thoughts and ideas in books and people. And take care of these two things and your life will be very good, arit? Am going to do two more and then time for me to go.
