In egyptian cosmology, a picture will come up with a figure of a woman in an arch. From atum emerge a number of deities. All they all evolve and develop out of autum, the egg. And so he keeps doing this, self reproducing. Each time a new cosmic emerges out of him. But the whole point is the cosmos is self generating. The cosmos is itself the divine, and it spontaneously generates itself. Its existence i see as contingent on some other cause. Me, for my life depends on the thing that can't be touched by me. That's why I'm trying to make sense of our world today.
