The Importance of Network and Cooperation in the Body of Christ

The SBC is not the only denomination that's struggling. What I would encourage people to think about is the value of network and cooperation in the body of Christ, especially for mega churches. When I felt like nothing was happening, Southern Baptist seminaries were still putting out into ministry. It was like four to 5,000 graduates a year who were going into full time ministry positions. That is staying power. And so at our lowest point in the SBC, we still had a really good engine for that resurgence.
