Trees are not the oldest things around. There are other sort of vertebrate life forms that predate trees. So sharks are older than trees, for example. Stegosaurus predates T-Rex by how much? I don't know. Or then T-Rex predates us. We all, nobody doesn't love stegosaurus, right? Mm-hmm.
