Getting Better at Managing Our Rhythm
If I spend five or ten minutes on a rot activity, like playing some video game, I might feel happy. But perhaps if I spend too long playing that game, like 20 minutes, 30 minutes, then I might start to feel kind of sick on the inside. So you know, and to the point you made earlier about, well, going on candy crush for a few minutes, it's really important to be strategic. You can do something else to just kind of clear your head, but be strategic so you don't get stuck in a rabbit hole.
