Adrian Smith enlisted a guy called Adrian Smith to make this project happen. The World Trade Center will be the highest outdoor viewing platform in the world with an incredible open air balcony 157 stories up. It's rising from a desert rising from a city that doesn't even really exist yet they are. There is a tendency again when I play Lego my son and build Lego city I always want to build a massive skyscraper just because I can.
