Miami's Zone Possessions
Miami went to his zone with Yokich still in. They got a really easy look miss from Yokich zone again. Murray gets right to the paint, just sets up at the free throw line,. He was so open, I think he missed it because he was so open. And then Yokich comes back in, uh, at four 40, a KCP had a miss against the zone. So some of these things started adding up to looking like effective zone defense. Despite the fact, I think the numbers are going to be a little misleading. The overall points per possession may look lower, but I still really like the looks. Miami's put together this eight little eight O run.
