What's Your Top Advice on Migrations?
Sowe enforced all new code to be written in typescript. Small working groop really helps, and having short run goals really helps too. Have some kind of cadence, like meet by weekly. Even if you're not getting much done, im just continue meeting people,. Because that keeps the interest going. I feel like there's already been nuggets of good advice on migrations but i'd love to hear from each of you one really significant piece of advice.
