The US Russia Relationship at This Point

This is a sign that Americans in Russia need to be very wary and probably shouldn't necessarily be there unless they have a really good reason. The relationships already kind of added its, you know, nadir since the the depths of the Cold War. I think it's a very, very tough on the administration. It took us a little while to figure out how we were going to treat each other's people during the cold war.
