Danny Cevallos: There's a lot of appetite in Congress to change the rules about this, that Section 230 is preventing legitimate claims against social media companies. He says if you are going to challenge it, I think it's an uphill battle. "I don't agree with the idea that the courts are a place for regulation," he adds.
