Don't shame yourself, don't beat yourself up. Don't minimize a microscopic yes is still a yes and stuck turns into unstuck the second you say yes to anything. Just write bullet 10 10 things doesn't mean you have to do all of them just what are the 10 things of those 10 pick one. And at the end of the day, you can do a lie list and ask yourself what are 10 lies I told to myself or to other people.
