The Poltergeist Hypothesis
The term poltergeist is not how the term is used in parapsychology. The German word, Geist, just means spirit. It can also mean a non human spirit. That's why we talk about the Holy Ghost because he's a spirit. We've got some evidence that living humans can display psychokinesis sometimes. And the spirit hypothesis is possible.
