Is FEDI Better Than a Swiss Bank Account?

The opening cost of a Swiss bank account and the running costs, the last time I checked are several thousand a year. Most people, although it's much less complex to do self custody in Bitcoin, but still, there is a technical level which people feel uncomfortable with. And we can't underestimate that. Over time, through education, technological and UX advancements, more and more people will be comfortable with first-party custody. But today, right now, for human rights defenders and members of civil society, people who are living in a global self, the vast majority of people are just not there.
