In order to win, if we always have to take away from someone else, then we have to make sure that we have the features in place that would be attractive enough. And over and above, better than the competitors that would convince a prospect to switch from a competitor to ours. That's probably a little bit of a timing game. We have a few call it ERP type businesses. And every single customer in that market has one. To switch can be a very big pain. It can be really difficult. But for us, in order to win ... you've got to get there first."
