How to Increase Your Luck
Most of my work looks at what people can do to change. So I wanted to come up with exercises and devices to help people change. The easiest one was what we called the luck diary, which is that each night before you go to bed, you need to write this down. And who knew? It's the really simple ones that had the biggest impact.
