EU 261 Compensation for Air Traffic Controllers
I would love to see something passed in the US like EU 261 compensation. I think that would help solve it, but that's going to cut into the airline's bottom line and they don't necessarily want to do that. There is an exception for weather in those cases as well. The airlines always have wiggle room when it comes to weather. They can say, oh, well, that chain reaction started because of a storm on Tuesday, so we don't have to compensate passengers.
