Do I Need an Anti Trust Role?
There are certain jurisdictions that measure whether you need an anti trustrole, not by looking at just the buyer and the sellers overlap. The european union is one of the jurisdictions that has joint control test. It can be complicated because, let's say one private equity firm is buying 70 %, another one is buying 30%. And then you have to say, what are the rights a 30% buyer is getting ban theyr? Getting a feutelite over te i, for example? Then that would probably treat or joint control.
