A Victim's Advocate - It's Never the Victims' Fault Offenders Are the Ones in Charge

The victim's advocate for the archdiocese and another woman who worked with victims, I think, for the state of Minnesota, teamed up to do some training for victims' advocates. These advocates would hear from someone who had been a victim of abuse and whether it was a man or a woman would speak and tell their story. And then I would have a chance to speak with the group and tell them about, you know, from an offenders point of view, what had happened.
