I've been grateful for having the ability to do that and you know even having an Apple watch like I try to remember to put it on before I actually start driving. That's where we kind of want to remain as where technology is a servant and not a master. It feels like especially with a lot of the addictive apps and such and your lovely wife Liza Kindred is an expert on that stuff so listen and listen to mindful tech episode user defenders.
