Is There a Risk Compensation?

The argument is really about what some as thought of risk compensation. If you have something that provides a partial, short term fix and stop dealing with the cumulated problem, you actually make yourself worse off. Yei think that's by far the most important argument against in the argument that i take most seriously. The idea is that if we use it and it works, then we become dependent on it and stop other necessary stuff like cutting omissions.
