The Importance of Starting With Your Strategy

I think that the times I've used the word start with your strategy when I speak to senior leaders must be in the millions. And this for me is the key message that I would send out. Organizations need to start building those capabilities and skills internally. One example is a health insurer here in Europe that has such a large number of external providers within the IT organizations. They have created strong dependency on these organizations.
