How to Launch a Product at a Large Scale

Google has a quarterly planning process where every quarter we spend about two weeks to plan for rest of the quarter. We follow the step of like, and I briefly referred to it before, the step of starting with the vision strategy and roadmap. If it's a user facing product, let's say, so we get into US design, do a lot of design iterations and brainstorming. And once we have a design that is aligned with the requirements for the MVP version, then we would go into the development stage.
