Progressive Summarization Isn't Needed at All

Progressive summarization is needed when, well, not really. Most small notes don't need progressive summarization. If i'm putting ten vidios on something, if i'm putting all those things together, but that's not distilling information because i'm not bolding certain points. I'm just putting points that are saying the same thing together and then referencing them,. which again, isn't progress of summarization. Tut: Progressive summarization isn't needed at all.
