Is It Possible to Overturn Row and End Abortion?

Pro-life advocate says overturning row doesn't even come close to ending abortion. Banning abortion in a place where there's very low abortion rate, plus some one can drive to a neighboring state isn't a huge impact. Pro life movement must focus on why people get abortions and not find creative ways to expand bands.
