The Third Circuit's Decision on Gun Rights in Nonviolent Felonies

Judge Hardeman's opinion says nonviolent felonies are exempted from felon and possession firearms restrictions. But the third circuit did hold that this particular guy with this particular nonviolent felony still enjoys Second Amendment rights. So what are we going to have? We're going to have a litigation about gun rights in every nonviolent felony, he said.
