The Origins of Christian Human Rights
Christianity is not actually the source of contemporary human rights, but is rather one of the most successful moral movements in the history of human rights throughout history. The idea that humans have entitlements on the basis of their humanity was invented by Christians a really long time ago. And importantly, it's precisely those secularists who claim the mantle of human rights, even if Christians had invented the thing, they're in a sense stolen by the French Revolution which tries to kind of expel Christians and found its own religion.
