I think that grief can really like pull the rug out from you. We thought we were in a good place. And so to suddenly find yourself back in that place can be really hard. Some people are afraid to grieve or have very busy lives and there's not a lot of space for it. I'll recommend like, hey, why don't you schedule some grief time?
