How to Use a Phone to Talk to People

Jeff: "We don't use the fancy tools right somebody will say hey can you just let's say we have a call and we're I know love by the way you were talking about phone calls" He says people sometimes get to they just want a recap of something in writing so they can reference it later or have a conversation separately. Jeff: "I still kind of feel like sometimes I'm a little too general on some of this but it works for me so I'm getting good response from it"
