The President's Budget Cuts the Debt Ceiling

Congresswoman Edwards: Legislation is actually good legislation. It's the first time that we've had legislation passed that's reduced the rate of borrowing by the federal government in over a dozen years. I just hope that this concern with borrowing doesn't end here, Congresswoman Edwards says.
