Learning Openings in Chess
The London was really nice right from the beginning because for the most part and until you get to kind of higher levels like it doesn't super matter what black does. I did some with like King's pawn openings but yeah just trying to play solid things that where I didn't really have to think about what my opponent was going to do. And then further in the middle game I could kind of look up where the other side of put their pieces. Not a great strat at this point in his life but for a while it worked.
