In the US we set up a monograph system and as long as you comply with the monograph then you're legal. In Canada, you need to get pre-approval from the government. The drug application process for our OTCs, their true OTCs is much more rigorous. But in the US, it's a gimme. Once you follow that guidebook, the monograph, then it's a GIMME.
