In security, that's all we have is trust. Trust is super fundamental to security. If you're doing your job right, you completely owe it. You get access, anything or change anything in dynamic in that environment, you can shut them down. And conversely, if you're an arrogant jerk, and you come out, those qualities don't come across this as they're on a piece of paper.
