When i got here with my wife in two thousand one, we explained to people from southern california that we were moving to boston. chinatown was supposedly one of the poorest and densest neighborhoods at the time. Now no one can buy anything ecause it's so expensive. We are surrounded by subsidized housing for lowencom folks and brand new luxury apartments and condos. I think there's that any immigrant church will probably, at some point come to a place, if they're around long enough and have enough people, to wrestle with that identity of calling,. of what they're going to do.
