Tascues has built in throttling. So you have control with net that yaml farm for push queues. But if you always do poll and sort of control it yourself. PubSub will scale like crazy. On task use though, the scalability won't be that big. Probably PubSub is the good way to go. Cloud Monitoring allows you to have a monitoring measure so you can do things based on that.
