"When you have this like, naivety approach to things and getting started, because the beginner's mind set, like just coming ton, like anything can be done," he says. "I miss some of that naivete and i wish i could arase some parts of my experience." 'In a good team, we mix up woth need idealists whoare early naive,' adds O'Neill.
