The Trouble With Blackstone's Tenancy Agreement

A woman in San Diego with her family, they'd signed a 12 month lease agreement in August agreeing to pay $2,192 a month. Then Blackstone takes over the complex where she's living and they decide they're not going to honor that lease that she's already signed. And so when we asked Blackstone, they basically said, oh, we have a blanket policy that if tenants can't pay rent for one month, we think it's better to not accept their rent if they can't pay in full. That's essentially what their narrative was.
