Is Santa Cruz a SUNY?

Ithaca is a super hippie town. The winters absolutely suck, but it's very, very pretty. There is a famous six mile gorge that cuts through the town and has all these waterfalls and tide pools or stuff. They had a socialist mayor when I was a student there like a genuine like he ran unopposed on the socialist ticket. A lot of them were birthed in genuine drum circles and the Ithaca college quad.
