When i started doing inner work, although i i was already a bit more open to spirituality than i used to be before. In many of those practices, i would have an experience of a blockage in myself that i i wouldn't be able to go on in that spiritual exercise with the very same quality of presence. I wanted to share this because i think this points out to the deficiency of inner work when we're not truly integrating both right exactly. And you know, certainly we can talk about inner work in terms of practical growth steps. We can also talk about it in terms of spiritual work. We can talk about it both at the same time.
