The Effect of Gravitational Waves on Space
There may be places where sort of spaces been pulled apart enough that when gravitational waves are produced, they will have little jitters in them. And there's probably a certain degree of cleverness and finding ways to amplify that effect. For example, one project done at the summer school look to gravitational lensing. We don't know how big that effect is whether it will be measurable, whether it be measurable anytime soon we don't know that yet.
