The right thing to do is not to change the broad pricing of money across the system, Alik says. The government can suspend things like a patent and say, you know what? You're going to have to license somebody new to do this because you've not met the capacity needs. He also argues that there are non intrustrate measures that you can engage in that are far more effective than changing multiple variables at the same time.
