The Noble Cause of Education
I wanted to add value to both humanity and to the company that I worked for. That's probably a key thing that I try to teach, especially 20-somethings today as they seek meaning and purpose in work. So implementing new technologies to streamline operations, re-engineer and restructure, you thought, wait a minute. That sounds a lot like capitalism doing its thing. Which is, it's noble work, no problem, but not work for me.
